It’s the leveller in life …

SLEEP … it doesn’t matter who you are , how old you are, how healthy/ unhealthy you are, what your job is, how many kids you have , how many hours you work, or what kind of work you do etc … we ALL NEED OUR SLEEP Poor sleep can lead to : speeding up the aging process hormonal Imbalances impaired memory &decision makinglowered sex drivereduced immune function increased risk of injury reduced ability to maintain healthy weight and adequate physical activity increased risk of developing diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and others chronic health conditions

There are many things we can do to help save our sleep … and if you are someone who has trouble sleeping you have probably tried them all !!! I have never been someone to function well Without enough sleep ( and 3 years of no sleep due to chronic back pain meant I tried and tested many options) and I have included a few things that definitely help !

There is new science indicating a link between achieving a normalisation of cellular processes by activation of specific cellular pathways that are switched off over time as a result of oxidative stress , and the balancing of our circadian rhythms… yep … our ability to sleep starts at a cellular level. So what can we do about that ? We can reduce our exposure to oxidative stress and support our cellular health- it’s called cellular activation How can we activate a cellular pathway that has been turned off ? Believe it or not … nature provides the answer! We can provide our cells with a specific combination of nutrients (herbs) that reactivate enzymes in the cell that opens the pathways!

So if you would like to know a little more and save your sleep … let me know !!!
