This retreat afternoon is the perfect way for your teen to learn Pilates and enjoy some uplifting and inspiring activities that promote health and wellbeing. Teens will learn Pilates fundamentals for Mat, Barre and Reformer Pilates. Kellie is a highly experienced Pilates instructor, Human Movement Coach, Neuro-change Practitioner and Positive Psychology Coach.

Open to teens aged 12-16 years
