Join Kellie on Thursday evenings for a Mat Pilates class with a little extra. 45 minutes of Mat Pilates where you will improve core strength, joint stability, joint mobility, posture and lengthen and strengthen your muscles using progressive and safe movements suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. Then finish up the session with 15 minutes of mindfulness, relaxation, stretching, breath work and self care modalities that will leave you feeling totally zen.
Bring clothing suitable for a wide range of movement, a fitness / yoga mat, and a water bottle.
Kellie is a trained human movement specialist, Mat and reformer Pilates instructor, personal trainer, health coach and wellbeing facilitator and course writer, and a Neurochange empowerment coach . She is passionate about wellbeing and knows the value of gifting yourself time to work on yourself for yourself.
Classes run during school term at the Wardell Catholic Church Hall ,50 Richmond Street, Wardell, NSW.
You can purchase a 10 week pass for $150, or an 8 week pass for $120, or a 6 week pass for $90you can attend casually for $20 per class.
If you bring a friend, pay $30 for both of you.
